2. Use of the Website

The website may be used for browsing products, obtaining information, creating a customer account, placing orders and contacting the seller.

Users agree to use the website lawfully, fairly and without interfering with its operation, security, content, data or the rights of other users.

The website is intended for individuals aged 18 or over and for legal entities, companies, professional buyers, bars, restaurants, cafés, hotels and other HoReCa businesses.

By using the website, the user confirms that they meet these conditions.

3. Intellectual Property and Website Content

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, design elements, structure, layout and other materials, is protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, scraping or using website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Products, Stock and Displayed Information

Products displayed on the website are offered subject to stock availability. Product availability may change at any time, and permanent availability of all listed products cannot be guaranteed.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, prices, images, descriptions, specifications and availability accurate and up to date. However, technical errors, display errors, stock differences or changes made by manufacturers may occur.

Product images are for presentation purposes. Minor differences in colour, packaging, texture, shape, finish or visual details may occur due to product batches, supplier updates, screen settings or manufacturer changes.

5. Prices, VAT and Display Errors

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the specific store or language version and may include or exclude VAT depending on the relevant legal and checkout configuration.

For EU consumer orders, applicable taxes and mandatory charges will be displayed according to the rules of the relevant store and checkout process.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, stock error, description error or technical display error, the seller reserves the right to correct the information and contact the customer before confirming or shipping the order.

If an order contains a product affected by an obvious error, the order may be updated or cancelled, and the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Placing and Confirming Orders

Placing an order on the website represents the customer’s intention to purchase the selected products.

The automatic email sent after placing an order confirms that the order has been registered in the system. It does not represent final acceptance of the order and does not automatically conclude the sales contract.

The order is considered confirmed after checking product availability, billing details, delivery details, payment status and, where necessary, after additional confirmation by email or phone.

The invoice issued for the delivered products represents the contractual and fiscal document related to the purchase.

7. Payment and Invoicing

Products may be paid using the payment methods available at checkout, such as online card payment, bank transfer, cash on delivery where available, or other accepted payment methods.

For bank transfer payments, the order may be processed for shipping after the payment has been confirmed in the seller’s account.

The seller may request advance payment for certain orders depending on order value, product type, fragile items, special orders, customer history, B2B orders or international shipping conditions.

Invoices are issued based on the information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and delivery details.

8. Delivery, Returns and Warranty

Detailed information about shipping, delivery times, transport costs, fragile products, parcel checks, returns, refunds and warranty is available on the dedicated page of each online store:

Delivery, Returns & Warranty

Consumers buying online in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, subject to applicable exceptions and conditions. This right is separate from the legal guarantee of conformity. EU rules also provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods bought from professional traders by consumers. The exact application may depend on the customer type, product category and applicable national law.

For B2B, professional, special-order or large HoReCa purchases, different return and commercial conditions may apply, where permitted by law.

9. B2B, Professional and HoReCa Orders

The website serves both private customers and professional buyers, including bars, restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering companies and other HoReCa businesses.

For B2B orders, special orders, products sourced on request, personalised products, large quantities or products intended for professional use, different commercial conditions may apply regarding payment, delivery, returns, availability and order confirmation.

Any specific commercial conditions will be communicated to the customer before final confirmation where relevant.

10. Limitation of Liability

The seller is responsible for its obligations in accordance with applicable law and within the limits of the contract concluded with the customer.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays, errors or failure to perform caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, courier delays, technical interruptions, system errors, force majeure events or other circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control.

In the case of an incorrect, non-conforming or wrongly delivered product, the situation will be assessed according to applicable law and in relation to the affected product or order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is caused by a force majeure event under applicable law.

Force majeure may include, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, floods, war, strikes, legal restrictions, transport blockages, pandemics, major infrastructure failures, courier disruptions or other unforeseeable and unavoidable events.

The party invoking force majeure should inform the other party within a reasonable time and take reasonable steps to limit the consequences of the event.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any complaint regarding products, orders, payments, delivery, invoicing or website use may be sent by email using the contact details displayed on the website.

We aim to resolve complaints amicably, fairly and within a reasonable time.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be handled by the competent courts or competent consumer protection authorities, according to applicable law.

Consumers may also contact the relevant national consumer protection authority or alternative dispute resolution body where applicable. In Romania, consumers may contact ANPC and the SAL alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Alternative dispute resolution is intended to help consumers and traders resolve disputes without going directly to court.

13. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR.

Personal data may be processed for purposes such as managing orders, issuing invoices, delivering products, communicating with customers, handling complaints, complying with legal obligations, ensuring website security and, where consent is given, sending commercial communications.

More information about processed data categories, purposes, legal grounds, retention periods, recipients and data subject rights is available in the dedicated Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

The seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary, including for legal, commercial, technical or operational reasons.

The applicable version is the version available on the website at the time the order is placed.

16. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of another jurisdiction apply.

If any provision of this document becomes invalid, unenforceable or inapplicable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

By using the website and placing orders, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
