How to use (recommendation):

1# Place the filter in the Aeropress machine with the inscription facing up

2# Place the machine on the scale, in the "upside down"

3# Use 22g of coffee (medium-fine grind)

4# Moisten the grind with 100ml of hot water at 93'C, stirring from 3-4 times, for 1 minute
