50 ml London Dry Gin, 10 ml Lime, 5 ml Saint Germain, 1 dash of rose water. Top up with tonic water.
Preparation: Fill the Gin & Tonic glass with ice, then add gin, juice, St Germain, rose water and tonic.
Mix lightly and place the decoration: 1 long slice of cucumber, 2 bay leaves, 1 sprig of thyme, 1 blackberry, 1 strawberry, 1 raspberry, 1 top of mint with 2-3 leaves.
